When you receive any Flexphone service, phone or device you will find our helpdesk to be the most appropriate first line of support, during office hours; weekdays 8.30am to 6.00pm.
However, for out of hours support or for frequently asked questions, please refer to these support pages, which also explain the popular network features and how to activate/de-activate them.

For Vodafone users who need to contact the network directly, eg, to report a lost or stolen phone out of office hours, call 191 from a Vodafone handset.
