JLT rings in mobile phone perks

HR consultancy firm Jardine Lloyd Thompson (JLT) has launched a Mobile Salary Saver scheme for its own staff. It is the first company to introduce the benefit using multiple phone networks such as T-Mobile, Vodafone and O2. The scheme, which is part of its own flexible benefits plan, was introduced by BDO Stoy Hayward and Isis Telecommunications.
