"Finalists" World Billing Awards 2006

Flexphone Ltd announced as finalists for Best Billing Implementation at IIR’s 2006 World Billing Awards.

The commendation of Finalist was given to Flexphone for their ‘efficient implementation of all (or part) of a system to deliver new or improved billing, charging &/or customer care functionality’.

Flexphone has been delivering mobile phones via salary sacrifice and flexible benefits schemes for over 2 years. The product, Mobile Salary Saver, delivered in partnership with Vodafone allows employees to save up to 41% on their personal mobile by paying for it from their gross pay. Employees are able to order their mobile phone via an online shop and access user account facilities throughout their contract.

This requires complex billing and operational support systems fundamental to the success of the business. To deliver this, Flexphone has adopted the innovation and successful project delivery methods from its parent company, Isis Telecommunications Management Ltd.
